Our Directors
Gareth Johnson (CFP)
Director
Gareth started his career at Alexander Forbes in 1998 in the Employee Benefits Consulting division. In 2005 he moved to Gaborone to run AF employee benefits consulting and later returned to South Africa with Investec Asset Management, as an institutional consultant.
He returned to Alexander Forbes as a branch head for one of the employee benefit consulting teams. In 2011 he joined the investment arm of Alexander Forbes as head of Institutional Client Servicing before being asked to run the Retail Investment business in 2014. Before leaving Alexander Forbes was Head of products and solutions and COO of the Emerging Markets division.
Gareth and Tony founded NobleHawk to offer clients holistic, independent advice regarding their employee benefit and short-term insurance needs.

Director
Tony graduated with a BCom in Economics in 1999 and joined Alexander Forbes’ retirement fund consulting division. Thereafter, he worked at Old Mutual Private Wealth Management as an advisor, developing financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals.
In 2007, with 8 years’ experience in the financial services industry, he created his own corporate financial advisory firm and operated as an independent consultant/Managing Director for several years.
Tony had a vision of offering clients a holistic solution in terms of Retirement Funds and Short-term insurance solutions and founded NobleHawk with Gareth.
